Rafaela Froes

Founder & Lead Auditor

Rafaela Froes is the founder of Metron Guard, LLC and a Lead Auditor with more than 13 years of experience implementing and auditing management systems. She has guided organizations through ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO 22301 and ISO 42001 certification.

She has completed more than 300 audits and assessments for organizations in telecommunications, IT, software development, government contracting, insurance, education, legal, manufacturing and medical, across the United States, Brazil, Europe, India and China.

Her qualifications cover the full audit lifecycle, from ISO 19011 audit-team leadership to specialist schemes such as CSA STAR, TISAX and the cloud and sector extensions of ISO/IEC 27001. She holds current certifications in the newest standards, including ISO/IEC 27701:2025 Lead Auditor and ISO/IEC 42001.
